Thorough, Independent Inspections
Purchasing a property is a significant investment, and understanding its condition before proceeding is essential.
Our inspections are carried out thoroughly and independently, with particular attention given to identifying building defects, structural concerns, moisture-related issues and evidence of timber pest activity.
Where considered appropriate, specialised equipment including thermal imaging cameras and electronic moisture meters is used to assist with the inspection.
We pride ourselves on providing clear, detailed and easy-to-understand reports, delivered by email on the same day as the inspection.
James is also available to discuss the findings and answer any questions you may have about the property.
